4.      Observation on Teacher(s)
4.1  Planning for Teaching
           In this case, I observed English class of other student teachers which were internship students from MMSU too. Before teaching, the student teachers were given topics to teach. After they were given topics to teach, the student teachers wrote down the lesson plan in pieces of paper since the lesson plan should be hand-writing. 
       Every student teachers were helped by TTIs (Teacher Training Instructor) in finishing their lesson plans. As the student teachers finished the lesson plans, the TTIs would check the lesson plans whether the lesson plans were ready to use or should be revised again. The relationship between student teacher is good. TTIs supported, gave the student teachers motivation, suggestion and evaluation to improve teaching skill of the student teachers.

      I also observed that the student teachers preferred to use real materials, which means, the materials can be directly-touched by the students, rather than using powerpoint,video,etc. the students tend to be more active if the student teachers use those real materials.

4.2  Preparing Lessons and Materials
            Preparing the lesson plans, preparing materials, making materials were always well-prepared by the student teachers before their teaching activities, so when she is teaching the students step by step is complete. Teacher use media learning like chart, pictures, paperboard, etc.

4.3  Teaching in Class
           As long as I observed, the student teachers had their own strategies in teaching. It is a good way since the target learners are students in elementary school. I also observed that the student teacher did not find dificulties in taching grade 5 since all students in all grades in MMSU LES are selected students with high intelligence, so they could process the lesson. They were already had their own background knowledge about the topic of the lesson. The students were actively-participated during the class. The use of materials also make the students to be active since as I observed, the students were stimulated if the teacher uses the real material. 
          For classroom management, the student teachers did not need more energy because the strategy was so simple, but affected the students behavior in class. The student teacher just grouped the students based on their rows. There were three rows, so there were three groups. They should cooperate each other because only one person could affect to the group. Each groups got 5 stars for each. If member(s) of each group move from their seat, noisy, and do not pay attention, the star will be erased one by one. Group with which has more nummber than the other will get plus point.

4.4  Measurement and Evaluation
            After 60 minutes teaching, student teachers gave the students some evaluations such as worksheet, or activities individually or group work.
