2.1  Teaching Methods
Teaching method is used as a way from a teacher to the students in order to reach the objectives of the lesson. Teaching methods determine whether the students have achieved the criteria of success learning or not. Method of teaching in MMSU LES is mostly student centered with discussion, two-way communication with the teacher, active learning where the students could ask the teacher whenever they want and the teacher always use asking question to make all the students active
2.2  Learning Materials and Innovation
Learning materials in MMSU LES are just like Indonesia. Infocus, laptop, and other printed or soft files  of teaching media. The thing that I was amazed with was the use of blackboard in MMSU LES. Of course because the school is still using blackboard, a thing to write on the blackboard is chalk.
Innovation in learning is highly needed to encourage students to be motivated to learn in ways that are not monotonous. Learning innovation in MMSU LES is varied in accordance to the subject of the lesson. The teacher may include video, physical activities, group activities, or some innovative things in learning.
2.3  Sources of Learning and Technology
As a teacher, it is not about knowing everything and using everything to teach one topic. Even with a small thing, a teacher can teach many topics. That is what MMSU LES applies. Teachers in MMSU LES are not only using sources from textbook, but also using any sources that can be found in classroom. Everything around can be a source of learning.
MMSU LES also use technology to support learning sources such as using internet to look for the topic of somthing that can not be found in textbook, graphic examples, samples of pictures, related video, etc.
2.4  Authentic Assesment
Every activity that the students do in classroom are assessed by the teacher. The students’ behavior during the class and whether they are actively participated or not. Teacher will give the authentic assessment to every step of learning activity.
For example: in motivation activity, the students’ background knowledge of the lesson is assessed; in presentation activity, whether the students pay attention to the presentation and ask questions about the lesson; in discussion activity, the students participation is also assessed; in generalization activity, whether the students got what has been learned from the topic of the lesson; in application, the participation of each student in group activity and how they can present their discussion result; and the last is in evaluation activity, whether they can answer the questions individually and get good scores.
2.5  Others
I found a difference between the duration of learning in Indonesia and in the Philippines. Indonesia uses 1 hour = 45 minutes which minimal duration of some subjects are 2 hours or 2 x 45 minutes = 90 minutes. Philippines uses 1 hour = 60 minute for every subject. It means that one subject only needs 1 hour for one meeting. I found it is a good system for the sake of the students and the teachers themselves. The set of the time is effective for the students and the students will not get bored easily. It is also good for the teacher to set complex lesson plan for 60 minutes only.
MMSU LES always holds flag ceremony every Monday morning just like Indonesia. But it was a new thing for me that MMSU LES also holds flag retreat ecery Friday afternoon. And also, at the end of the flag ceremony and flag retreat, they will have physical exercise shich is istructed by one gread in which every grade has been scheduled what grade will be the instructor of the exercise. The interesting thing is, the exercise is dancing. This exercise relates to one subject, it is MAPEH.
